Overwhelmed by Task Management and Procrastination

Individuals with ADHD frequently struggle with managing essential tasks due to feelings of overwhelm and procrastination. They find themselves unable to start or complete tasks such as paying bills or making phone calls, leading to anxiety and frustration. While some attempt to set manageable goals or utilize 'body doubles' for support, these methods can be inconsistent, highlighting a clear need for effective tools tailored to ADHD management. The urgency and emotional burden indicate a strong market demand for such solutions.
